Feature highlights

No training required

Employees, contractors and partners could start reporting straight-away without any training.

The system is provided in English, German, Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Polish and Russian to make sure that reporters get a fluent experience. More languages could be added upon request.

QR reporting

Promote safety at sites, factory floors and offices by placing QR codes with a direct link to safety reporting. By scanning a QR code with a phone a person gets to a simple page where it is possible to quickly take a picture of a deviation and report forward.

The reported case is automatically sent to a responsible person for confirmation and further handling.

Automatic notifications

Get correct stakeholders informed with immediate email and text message notifications.

Inform different groups depending on incident location, type and other factors.

It is also possible to opt for a weekly summary instead of immediate notifications.

Advanced access rights

We support various scenarious for restricting access rights to incidents such as, for example:

  • Open for all: all incidents open for everyone inside an organization and to contractors.
  • Restricted contractor access: only to incidents in selected parts of the organization (e.g. selected sites). Each contractor could have own area of work.
  • Restricted for particular incidents and types of incidents: allow access only to people involved into handling of a particular incident. This could be used, for example, for cases of harrassment, for feedback and personal threat cases.
  • Restricted access for file attachments: for example, only to people working on a particular incident or only to own employees.
